Missing Package?

Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors to make sure someone near you didn’t receive your package by mistake.

If your shipping address was correct and you still haven’t located your package 24-48 hours after it says it was delivered, please file a stolen packages report with your shipping carrier, and then contact us. 

Fallon Foster is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our San Clemente, CA warehouse, but we will always work with you to try to find your order or provide a replacement if possible. Please note that all replacement packages will be final sale.

Rates

Our current preferred carrier is UPS. 

Please view our returns policy for more information.  Our return portal can be used here to process a return for a full refund (minus flat rate shipping costs). We ask that exchanges be processed as a return and new transaction.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking links will be emailed to you from our website. If you haven't received your tracking link after 48 hours, please first check your junk mail folders. If you still can't locate it, feel free to reach out to us at order@fallonfoster.com for assistance.

US Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING for US purchases over $250.00

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and excluding any custom items. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Orders shipped with standard ground from San Clemente, California will take 2-6 working days for delivery depending on the state.
