Check our Return Policy to confirm eligibility for return or exchange. Process returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

We're all about being a direct-to-consumer brand, keeping up with what our girl wants. Refunds and exchanges are part of our game plan, but as a baby business, we currently have to deduct the original shipping cost from refund for returns. Exchanges will incur an additional shipping fee.

To start processing a return, just login or create an account with the email you used for your order. Then, select the order you would like to exchange or return. You’ll find the order number in your Fallon Foster confirmation email or on your packing slip.
