Return Policy

We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original shipping date. We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original hangtags attached, security ribbon in tact and that is unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund. 

Jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for returns. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately.

Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, items missing tags, items with security ribbon severed or unattached, jewelry items, gifted orders, and special orders.

If return requirements are followed, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. 

Refunds and exchanges are part of our game plan, but as a baby business, we currently have to deduct the shipping label cost from refund for returns.
